Register Of Contractors

According to Section 29 of the CIC Act, “the Council shall establish, keep and maintain in the prescribed form, a national register of contractors who are registered with the Council”. The register shall indicate the size and distribution of contractors operating within the construction industry in Eswatini; indicate the number, nature and performance of contractors and target groups, and contain other particulars as the Council may prescribe.
