Executive Management

Chief Executive Officer - Nhlanhla Dlamini
Mr. Nhlanhla Dlamini is the current CEO of Swaziland Construction Industry Council. He was appointed on 1st March 2015. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences Majoring in Geography, Environmental Sciences and Planning and Public Administration from the University of Swaziland. In 2017 he was certified as Key Professional Indicator Professional from The George Washington University College. He is currently studying towards Masters in Business Leadership with University of South Africa. Prior to joining CIC he was the CEO for Pigg's Peak Municipality for 7 years (2008 to 2015). He has served as Assistant Clerk at Table in the Swaziland Houses of parliament before joining Pigg's Peak Municipality. He has also served in different bodies in the Urban Government Sector and currently serves as the Vice Chairperson at the Industrial and Vocational Training Board.
Finance Manager - Makhosazana Ndwandwe
Ms Makhosazana Ndwandwe is an Accountant by profession with 9 years working experience. She joined the Council in April 2015 as a Financial Accountant and was appointed Finance Manager in April 2018. She was previously employed at the Micro Finance Unit (a semi-auto nous unit) for the Ministry of Finance as a Finance and Administration Officer and World Vision as a Finance and Administration Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Eswatini and is currently studying towards a Management Accounting qualification with the Certified Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Research, Training & Business Development Manager - Maqhawe K. Mnisi
Mr. Mnisi has over 10 years experience working as an Economist and Senior Economist for the Ministry of Economic Planning & Development (MEPD), Government of Eswatini with a particular focus on Macro-economics, modelling and research. He has served as a Board member of the Eswatini Competition Commission (ECC) for 4 years. In addition, he has worked as an Assistant Management Analyst under the Management Services Division (MSD) in the Ministry of Public Service. Mr. Mnisi holds an MSc Degree in Economics & International Business attained in the USA where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. Furthermore, he holds a B.A. Degree in Social Science majoring in Economics and Statistics. He is currently pursuing an MSc Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics. Mr. Mnisi has interests in reading, business leadership and pursuing professional initiatives in the areas of Trade liberalisation and SMME development particularly in the construction sector.
Legal And Company Secretary - Qinisile P Maseko
Qinisile is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of Eswatini and practiced as such from 2011 until 2015 when she joined the Construction Industry Council as Compliance Officer. She served as a Compliance Officer then Compliance Analyst for three years after which she then moved to the newly established position of Legal and Company Secretary. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, LLB Degree (University of Swaziland,2010), a Post Grad Certificate in Compliance Management (University of Johannesburg, 2014) and currently pursuing her Chartered Secretaries Program qualification (CSSA).
